Full Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. BY PLAYING, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

  1. Eligibility: Playcation: An Instant Win Game - (“Game”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and District of Columbia who are 25 years of age or older (an “Entrant”). Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. No purchase necessary to enter the Game. Employees of Wyndham Vacation Resorts Inc., WorldMark by Wyndham, Shell Vacations, LLC., and Margaritaville Vacation Club (collectively, the “Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc. (“Administrator”), and/or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Game (collectively with Sponsor, the "Game Entities") and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. The Game is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Game. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
  2. Sponsor: Travel + Leisure Resort Development, Inc., 6277 Sea Harbor Dr, Orlando, FL, 32821 . Administrator: Brandmovers, Inc., 1519 Carroll Drive Atlanta, GA 30318.
  3. Game Period: The Game begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on April 14 2025, at 11:59:59 PM ET and ends on December 31, 2025 (the "Game Period").  
  4. How to Play the Game - There are two (2) ways to play the Game:  

    5. a. In-House Experience (“Onsite”)– To participate via this method of entry, eligible Entrants who are staying at a participating resort during the Game Period can visit the marketing desk to play or will receive a Game scratch-off card. On the scratch-off card, the Entrant will scratch off the space where indicated to reveal a code (“Spin Code”). The card will direct them to the marketing desk to find out what they have won. The marketing representative (the “Rep”) will then assist the Entrant to play the Game on the Reps’ iPad. The rep will access the Game through a website link (“Website”). The rep will click on ‘play’ and then enter their location code and the Spin Code from the scratch-off card if applicable. If a "Spin Code” is entered, the Website will then reveal how many spins that Entrant is eligible to spin (each, a “Spin”) during that Game (the total number of eligible Spins in a single Game is considered a “Game Play”). Then, the Rep will pass the iPad to Entrant to begin to play the Game by pressing the “Lets Play” button which will then reveal the prize/offer the Entrant will win/receive (subject to email verification and redemption). Then, the bottom of the screen will then display either a “Spin Again” or “Claim” button. If there is a “Spin Again” button, the Entrant will go back to the main screen and will click on ‘Lets Play’ again to continue to play the Game until the “Claim” button appears, signaling the Game Play has ended. The Entrant must complete their registration information and click ‘Claim’ in order to claim their prize(s)/offer(s) that were revealed during their Game Play. Sponsor will then email the Entrant their Game Play’s prize(s)/offer(s) redemption instructions. The Entrant must redeem their prizes/offers within seven (7) days of Sponsor sending the redemption email, or they will forfeit their right to those prizes/offers. Limit one (1) Game Play per day and five (5) Game Plays during the entire Game Period.

    b. CMP Experience (“Offsite”)– To participate via this method of entry, eligible Entrants who are at a participating CMP Marketing location during the Game Period where the location features a Playcation: An Instant Win Game wheel operated by a Game off-site marketing representative (“Offsite Rep”) can spin a physical wheel to win digital ‘spins’ . The rep will access the game through a website link. They will click ‘Get Started’ then enter their location code and the “Spin Code” that the Entrant won on the physical wheel if applicable. The Website will then reveal the total number of spins that Entrant is eligible to spin (each, a “Spin”) during that Game (the total number of eligible Spins in a single Game is considered a “Game Play”). The marketing representative (the “Rep”) will then assist the Entrant to play the Game on the Reps’ iPad. Then, the Rep will pass the iPad to Entrant to begin to play the Game by pressing the “Lets Play” button which will then reveal the prize/offer the Entrant will win/receive (subject to email verification and redemption). Then, the bottom of the screen will then display either a “Spin Again” or “Claim” button. If there is a “Spin Again” button, the Entrant will go back to the main screen and will click on ‘Lets Play’ again to continue to play the Game until the “Claim” button appears, signaling the Game Play has ended. The Entrant must complete their registration information and click ‘Claim’ in order to claim their prize(s)/offer(s) that were revealed during their Game Play. Sponsor will then email the Entrant their Game Play’s prize(s)/offer(s) redemption instructions. The Entrant must redeem their prizes/offers within seven (7) days of Sponsor sending the redemption email, or they will forfeit their right to those prizes/offers. Limit one (1) Game Play per day and five (5) Game Plays during the entire Game Period.

    Game Odds: Each prize or offer that each prize winner/offer recipient will be eligible to redeem is determined by which method of the Game they are playing (either On-site or Off-Site) and by a randomly populated time-stamp table of a pre-determined time each day throughout the Game Period per method of entry. For purposes of this Game, a day shall begin at 12:00:00 AM EST and end at 11:59:59 PM EST each day during the Instant Win Period.

    Prize or Offer Claims: Each Instant Win prize winner or offer recipient will receive an email from Sponsor confirming their Instant Win prize or offer. The email will contain the prize or offer description along with instructions on how to redeem their prize or offer.

ARV: $5.00 each; (3,200) $5.00 Uber Gift Cards. ARV: $5.00 each; (2,000) $10 Tango Rewards cards. ARV: $10.00 each. (1,000) $10.00 Uber Gift Cards. ARV: $10.00 each. (975) $20.00 Tango Rewards cards. ARV: $20 each. Total ARV of all Onsite Instant Win Prizes is $81,500.00. Offsite: four thousand seven hundred sixteen (4,716) Instant Win Prizes (1,500) $5.00 Tango Rewards Cards. ARV: $5.00 each; (1,500) $5.00 Uber Gift Cards. ARV: $5.00 each; (558) $10 Tango Rewards cards. ARV: $10.00 each. (558) $10.00 Uber Gift Cards. ARV: $10.00 each. (300) $20.00 Tango Rewards cards. ARV: $20 each. (300) $20 Uber Gift Cards. ARV: $20.00 each. Total ARV of all Offsite Instant Win Prizes/Offers: $38,160.00.

    Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash value. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions of prize, except Sponsor may substitute a prize, or portion thereof, for one of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any unclaimed Prizes remain property of Sponsor and will go unawarded. Uber Gift Cards are issued by The Bancorp Bank, N.A.

  6. Entry Conditions and Release: By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Game Entities from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Game, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry.
  7. General Conditions: All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who submits more than the one permitted entry, or who the Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Game. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Game, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Game, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Game is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) award the Grand Prizes and any unclaimed Instant Win Game prize in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries registrations received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Entrant further agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover Prize at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Game or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Game or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries, game plays, and/or prizes claims. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Game may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  8. Limitations of Liability: The Game Entities as set forth above are not responsible for: (1) for late, lost, jumbled, garbled, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate entries, game plays, prize claims, email, mail, or other communications of any kind, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Game or by any human error; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Game; (3) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Game; (5) technical, network, mechanical, typographical, human or other error or problem which may occur in connection with the Game, including, but not limited to, errors or problems which may occur in the administration of the Game or the processing of entries, game plays or prize claims, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Game-related materials; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Game or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto). If for any reason an entry I or game play s confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry or game play in the Game, provided that the Game has not been terminated.
  9. Disputes/Governing Law: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Game, other than those concerning the administration of the Game or the determination of Winners or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Prizes) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in the State of Florida under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Florida state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Florida law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Florida, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of the state of Florida. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Florida; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Game, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Game shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.
  10. Data Collection: The personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed to administer this Game and awarding the prizes and, if you opt-in, may also be used to provide you with marketing communications.   11. NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: The prize(s) offered under this Game may be considered a “financial incentive” under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the “CCPA”). Generally, Sponsor does not assign monetary or other value to personal information. However, in the event Sponsor is required by law to assign such value in the context of this Game, Sponsor has valued the personal information collected and used as being equal to the value of the possible discount or financial incentive provided and the calculation of the value, in this case, is based upon a practical and good-faith effort involving the expenses associated with offering the incentives. The personal information categories collected may include identifiers such as your name, email address, zip code, mobile number and age range. By registering for and participating in this Game, you are opting in to receiving the financial incentive. Participation is entirely voluntary.
